This is a plain-English summary, not a substitute for legal advice. It covers what TaskDrain (taskdrain.com) collects, why, and who it's shared with.
What we collect
When you use the intake form, we collect: Business name (optional); What tools does your business run on today?; Describe your most repetitive weekly tasks; Team size; Any automation already in place? (optional); #1 thing you wish just ran itself (optional); and the email address you provide to receive your report. If you create an account, we store your email for sign-in via magic link.
How it's processed
Your submitted data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Accounts and orders are stored in a Supabase-hosted database.
Product-specific disclaimer
TaskDrain produces an informational audit based on what you tell us about your tools and workflows — it is not professional consulting or implementation advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing every recommendation and deciding what, if anything, to implement. TaskDrain does not build, install, or configure automations as part of this product; any implementation help referenced in your report is a separate, optional referral you may pursue at your own discretion.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't request bank credentials, OAuth access to any third-party account, or anything beyond what the intake form asks for.
