# TaskDrain

> Find where your team's hours are draining out.

Tell TaskDrain what tools you run and what you do by hand every week. It maps your workflows, scores each one for automatability, ranks them by hours saved vs. effort, and sketches the exact n8n/Make/Zapier recipe for your top opportunities. Two opportunities free in minutes; the full audit is $199 — a report, not a build.

## How it works

01. **Tell us what you run on**
Your tools, your most repetitive weekly tasks, and roughly how long each one takes. That's the whole intake — no integrations to connect.
02. **We score and rank every workflow**
Each workflow gets an automatability score, a complexity rating, and a conservative hours-saved estimate — ranked so you know what to do first.
03. **Read the recipe sketches, decide what to build**
Concrete trigger-to-steps sketches named against n8n, Make, or Zapier — plus a total hours-reclaimed estimate. You decide what to implement and how.

## FAQ

**Q: Does TaskDrain build the automations for me?**
No. TaskDrain is an audit product — it tells you what's automatable, how to prioritize it, and sketches the recipe. Implementation is entirely up to you: build it yourself, hand the sketch to your own developer, or use any automation professional you choose. It is never part of this product.

**Q: What do I get for free?**
A real mini-audit: your automation-readiness signal plus the first 2 opportunities in full — score, priority, and estimated hours saved. The rest, plus the recipe sketches, are in the paid report.

**Q: How accurate are the hours-saved numbers?**
They're deliberately conservative, based only on what you tell us about frequency and time spent. Nothing is fabricated or padded — if a workflow still needs a human in the loop, the report says so and only counts the mechanical part as saved.

**Q: Is this professional advice?**
No. It's informational analysis you're responsible for reviewing and implementing at your own discretion. See the full disclaimer below — no outcome is guaranteed.

**Q: What if nothing in my business is automatable?**
Then the report says so, workflow by workflow. If a paid report gives you nothing actionable, use the 7-day, 100%, no-questions refund.
